CARFAX recently launched a new format for the Vehicle History Report that is optimized for online viewing. The report contains the same authoritative information in a format that CARFAX customers rate as the best in the industry.

Important enhancements to the report include:

• CARFAX one-owner estimate. Used car shoppers see a greater value in cars with one owner vs. multiple owners and this highlights these much sought after cars right up front.
• Ownership history. A major shift in how vehicle history information is presented, it allows used car shoppers to review the history events of a vehicle easier. Details include types of ownership, years owned by each owner and average annual miles driven.
• Shorter, easier-to-understand format. The new format reduces the average length of our reports making it easier to scroll through online. We are able to put much of the important information that used car shoppers want to know at the very top of the report
